We Follow a Proven Eight-Step Process When Cleaning Your Ducts
Cleaning your air ducts regularly can significantly improve your home’s air quality, which helps reduce headaches, illness, asthma, and common allergies. Our team takes air duct cleaning to the next level by using an eight-step process that is proven to be effective. You can count on us to produce consistent success with our state-of-the-art, custom-built vacuum trucks. Our cleaning process uses directed contact, which is the most thorough method of cleaning air ducts. We will adhere to the following steps when completing air duct cleaning at your home:
1. Set-Up of Our Custom-Built Trucks
To set up the vacuum system, our team will run the compressed air line to the upstairs of the house and the vacuum hose to the basement. We will then cover all vents to ensure there is proper suction and that airborne dust doesn’t spread into your home while we clean the ductwork.
2. Connect Hoses
Next, we’ll connect the eight-foot vacuum hose to the main supply duct, which will create suction on the ductwork’s complete supply side.
3. Clean Supply Vents
Once all the vents are sealed, we will use our 250-PSI air whip to clean each vent. We’ll start at the highest point in the home and work down to the basement vents.
4. Clean Supply Line
We’ll use our state-of-the-art equipment, the Scorpion®, and Predator® air whips, along with the 250-PSI air pressure in the suction hose to clean out the main supply line.
5. Clean Cold Air Return Side
We will then connect the eight-inch suction hose to the return air truck line and will clean all the return vents upstairs, working our way back downstairs.
6. Clean Main Return Line
We once again utilize the Predator® air whips to clean the main truck line, which will move all the dirt and debris to the suction hose located at the end of the truck line.
7. Clean the Furnace Blower Fan
After all the ductwork has been cleaned and thoroughly inspected to ensure all debris was removed, our team will move on to cleaning the furnace fan, its compartment, and the air handlers.
8. Sanitize
Lastly, we will sanitize everything using Benefact®, which is the only botanical disinfectant currently on the market. It is an all-natural product that is entirely safe and effective at cleaning and sanitizing air ducts.
